PLEASE NOTE:  YOUR BOOKING IS ONLY CONFIRMED WHEN YOU RECEIVE A BOOKING  NUMBER AND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US.

Our booking system is experiencing an issue with a small number of bookings where funds appear to be deducted but the booking is not completed. A deduction of funds is not confirmation of booking.  In this instance, we have no record of the booking or any payment.  If you are affected by this issue, please contact our office by email at info@salteeferry.com as soon as possible and we will reply as soon as we can within 72 hours. Priority will be given to imminent departures.

In the event a booking does not complete successfully, your funds will be released back to you by your bank. Unfortunately some of this process is outside our control.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with our provider Rezgo to resolve this issue.
